CONFERENCE OPPORTUNITY

Are you interested in presenting research, connecting with peers and professionals or learning more about aerospace research? Join AIAA at our Region Conference information session to learn how to get involved! This meeting is important in learning about the timeline for the conference, so you don't want to miss out!

TIMELINE:

• Now --> interested members should look into what they'd like to research, and fill out the interest form

  • (traditionally people complete 10-15 page research papers)

• Wednesday, December 3 --> information session at 5:30pm in WCP 3.106

• Monday, December 8 --> interest form closes

  • AIAA officers will reach out during break to confirm attendance to the conference, so please check your email regularly!

If you do not participate in research, the conference still has opportunities for non-researchers (more info about this during the info session). In addition, you still have time to find an advisor and work on a small research paper, but you need to act NOW! Please contact the officer team if you need more assistance, or if you have any questions.

We hope to see a strong UT presence at the regional conference!
